According to the health district, frequent inspections are intended to limit foodborne illness through monitoring of contamination, food handling, storage, and sanitation. Scores below reflect a single point-in-time inspection and may not represent long-term conditions at an establishment. Follow-up inspections conducted after this period may not be reflected.
