The Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District has released its latest round of food establishment inspections, covering April 30 through May 7. The district conducts routine inspections of restaurants, food stores, mobile units and other establishments to monitor compliance with state food safety requirements.

Officials note that an inspection on any given day is not necessarily representative of long-term conditions at an establishment, and follow-up inspections may not be reflected in the published scores.
