The Wichita Falls Police Department is asking for the public's help locating an 18-year-old man wanted in connection with a weekend shooting at a local bar.
According to Sgt. Jacob Vasquez with the Wichita Falls Police Department, Ray Kelley Jr. is sought in the death of 32-year-old Shedarius Cochran at The Back End, located at 2509 Sheppard Access Rd.
Vasquez said Kelley should be considered armed and dangerous, and police are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts not to approach him.
