Testimony was scheduled to begin Wednesday in the murder trial of Jakob Joel Blankenship of Wichita Falls in connection with the death of Zoe Brewer, 20.
According to charging documents, Blankenship is accused of selling a fatal dose of fentanyl to Brewer.
Jury selection began Monday in the 78th District Court.
All individuals charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
